Tributes have been paid to a “deeply loved” man who died four days after being assaulted on a city street.
Colm Marcus Boston, 37, from Heath in Cardiff, died in hospital on Boxing Day following the incident in Pentyrch Street, Cathays, on Monday 22 December, South Wales Police said.
His family said that they and Mr Boston’s friends were “devastated” by the loss of “a father, a son, a brother, a cousin, and a deeply loved friend to many across Cardiff and beyond”.
A 51-year-old man from the Mynachdy area, a 47-year-old man from Adamsdown, and a 60-year-old man from Cathays arrested in connection with the incident have been released on bail, police said.
