Two people have been arrested, after reports a gun was pointed at a car in the middle of the day, on New Year’s Eve.
Police were called to Birch Green Road, Skelmersdale, on Wednesday 31 December, at 13:24 GMT, following reports a firearm had been aimed at a grey BMW.
Additionally, there were two reports of damage to properties in Windrows and Willow Hey which may be linked to the gun incident, Lancashire Police said.
Officers arrested a 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, both from Skelmersdale, on suspicion of possession of a firearm.
