City police are once again asking the public to help locate a teenage girl who has repeatedly gone missing in recent weeks.

“Sault Police are again looking for 14-year-old local teenager Mya Johnson, who has been reported missing multiple times over the past few months,” says a news release issued by police shortly after 3 o’clock Sunday morning.

Johnson was last seen Jan. 3 at approximately 9:18 p.m. in the area of Wellington Street East, police say.

She is described as approximately 5-foot-2 with a slim build, long straight blue hair and a heart tattoo under her left eye.

She was wearing a red winter jacket, black sweatpants and a black hoody.
