On his wider squad, Glasner added: “I think many teams are facing this at this stage of the season, with so many games played, and as I mentioned after the Fulham game, we have today, we have on Wednesday, Villa, and then we go to Macclesfield, and I think then we hope that one, two, three players will come back, and then the situation will look much better.
“But now we trust these players, and these players got the draw against Fulham, and I think we played 60, 70 minutes really well, good football at the end. We got a little bit of fatigue and then we conceded the equaliser, but today the players look fresh, and also the early signing of Brennan, it lifted the spirit in the group.
“Of course everybody knows the situation, we knew that we have 14 players available from our squad, and then we’re always supporting each other, but sometimes you need an external lift, and this is what the signing of Brennan gave us, and that’s why we are here, to win the game.”
