A woman has pleaded guilty to multiple driving offences after causing the death of two people in a crash.
Taxi driver Octavian Codreanu and his passenger Moyra Whelan, 35, were killed and three others were seriously injured in the four-vehicle crash on the B4425 near Aldsworth in Gloucestershire on 2 December 2022.
Liberty Mitchell, 21 and from Chipping Norton, has now admitted two counts of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving in relation to the collision.
Gloucestershire Police said Mitchell was bailed and has since been handed an interim disqualification from driving ahead of sentencing on 13 February.
