A third man has been arrested on suspicion of stalking following the discovery of a tracking device underneath a car in Norwich.

Part of the city centre was cordoned off following reports a suspicious object had been found under the vehicle on Bank Plain in September last year.

Norfolk Police said a man in his 50s was questioned then bailed following his arrest on 19 December.

Two other men, one in his 30s and one in his 50s, have also been bailed until 10 March.
