AHS GSS: Important information for our town halls

All AHS General Support Services members are invited to our telephone town halls. The town halls are January 6 and 7, 12 Noon and 7 p.m. both days. To participate, please pick up your phone and stay on the line when AUPE calls you.

Your negotiating team wants to share more details with you before the town halls begin.

Our employer’s wage offer

Our employer has proposed a four-year deal with the following wage increases:

April 1, 2024 3.0% (retroactive)April 1, 2025 3.0% (retroactive)April 1, 2026 3.0%April 1, 2027 3.0%

The employer has also proposed some market adjustments in addition to wage increases:

Market Adjustments (Effective Date of Ratification)

Environmental I and II will be combined to a new classification called Environmental Service. This will result in Environmental I receiving a 13% market adjustment and Environmental II receiving a 3% market adjustment.Protective Services Officer II: 9.97%
