Part of the A14 in Suffolk was shut overnight after a lorry overturned rolling on to the opposite carriageway.

The accident at Levington near Ipswich resulted in the both carriageways being closed between Trimley St Martin (junction 59) and the Seven Hills interchange (junction 58).

It was first reported at 19:00 GMT on Tuesday, Suffolk Police said.

Both carriageways have reopened, but one lane of the westbound carriageway is expected to remain closed throughout the day for repairs.
