Heavy rain fall may lead to flooding and travel disruption across south-east England, the Met Office has warned.

A yellow weather warning for heavy rain has been issued for 09:00 GMT to 22:00 on Thursday.

Officials warned of flooding of some homes and businesses, disruption to bus and train services and flooding on roads across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey.

The Environment Agency has also issued flood alerts for the River Stour, River Medway, River Eden and the Cuckmere River.
