The incident happened today at about 4.10pm at the Sky Bet Championship match at SToK Racecourse, Wrexham, stopping the game at the 49 minutes and 58 seconds mark.
A supporter, who was situated behind the dugouts, is said to have suffered a medical emergency before being taken away by the staff.

All of the players were taken off the pitch by referee Will Finee as the incident unfolded, but came back out and started warming up for play to resume shortly after.
It comes just six days after a fan named Jim Davies died following a medical emergency in the River End at Carrow Road last Sunday.
The extent of any injuries remains unknown.
