A man and a woman have been arrested after a man was “attacked with a bladed article”, police said.
The victim, in his 40s, was driving along the B5062 close to Crugtone Way in Crudgington, near Telford, at about 17:50 GMT on Friday.
As he pulled over he was approached by another man, who opened his car door and assaulted him with a bladed article, West Mercia Police said.
A 54-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grevious bodily harm on Sunday and remains in custody, officers added.
