Forbes just released its list of the best employers in Canada for 2026, and eight B.C. companies made the top 100.
The American business magazine ranked the top 300 companies for workers across the country, and a total of 24 B.C. employers were included.
Forbes produced the list with Statista, a market research firm. They surveyed over 37,000 Canada-based employees working for businesses that employ at least 500 workers in the country.
In the survey, respondents were anonymous and were asked if they’d recommend their employers to other people, and then rank them on things like compensation packages, work flexibility, training opportunities, and leadership opportunities.
These are the B.C. employers that cracked the top 100 in Canada.
