Police have commenced an investigation following the death of a 50-year-old man in West End this morning, August 2.
Initial information indicates that at around 4:30am, emergency services were called to a Ryan Street unit complex following reports of a man being located unconscious.
Upon arrival, officers located the 50-year-old West End man unresponsive with critical injuries, and he was later declared deceased at the scene.
A crime scene has been declared
There is no ongoing concern to other members of the community in West End
Investigators are appealing to anyone with information that may assist investigations to come forward.
