Heavy queues are building on one of Kent’s busiest motorways after a rush hour crash which has left a car overturned.

The M25 anticlockwise and the A282 Dartford Crossing are heavily affected, with queues of up to five miles reported.

National Highways is estimating a travel time of 50 minutes, with two lanes closed following the crash, which took place at J30 (Thurrock, Essex).

Congestion is building from J2 (A2, Dartford).

Essex Police are leading the efforts, with ambulance crews also on scene.
