Cole Palmer has had a difficult season because of injuries, but that has not stopped the Chelsea star from being in the headlines.
Palmer has been linked with a move to Manchester United, with the attacking midfielder being a boyhood fan of Chelsea’s Premier League rivals.
If the 23-year-old does become available, you would expect United’s neighbours Manchester City to show some interest in him given his talent.

With a contract until 2033, the likelihood is that Palmer will not be going anywhere this summer or in the near future.
In fact, reporter Kaveh Solhekol thinks those inside Chelsea are laughing off all of these rumours about Palmer.
Speaking on Sky Sports News, Solhekol said: “Chelsea, privately, I think are laughing this off. And I would imagine that Manchester United are laughing it off as well because supposedly, he’s unhappy. We’re being told that’s not the case, he’s very happy at Chelsea.”

Because of his injury problems this season, Palmer has only managed to make 12 appearances in the Premier League. Across those matches, the Englishman has scored four goals.
Palmer and Chelsea will be disappointed with how the campaign has gone so far. Enzo Maresca left midseason and the club are currently outside the top four.
To improve their side next term, it is being reported that Chelsea could make a move for Morgan Rogers, who is a good friend of Palmer’s.

Palmer missed Chelsea’s London derby against Crystal Palace last Sunday, but the England international was not needed in the end.
Liam Rosenior’s men were able to run out 3-1 victors thanks to goals from Estevao Willian, Joao Pedro and Enzo Fernandez.
Palmer’s injury was nothing serious, though, and the former City player is now in contention to play against Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
On Tuesday, Chelsea’s official club website confirmed that Palmer has been included in the matchday squad for the Napoli fixture.
