Najeebullah Arab, aged 39, of Mayfield Avenue, Grove, has been charged with one count of kidnap, one count of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Police say Najeebullah Arab is an Afghanistan national.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “He did not self-define his ethnicity when he came into police custody.”
The charges are in relation to the suspected kidnap and rape of a woman near Mably Way, Wantage, on Tuesday, January 27 and an alleged sexual assault of a woman in Cane Lane in Grove, not Main Street as previously stated by police, on Wednesday, January 21.
Najeebullah Arab has been remanded in police custody and will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ on Monday.
Thames Valley Police also continues to investigate an alleged sexual assault of a woman on Oxford Lane, Grove, on Saturday, January 24.
Najeebullah Arab was also arrested on suspicion of this allegation for which he remains under investigation but has not been charged, police say.
