Benjamin Sesko took part in a post-match warm-down training session at Old Trafford after scoring Manchester United’s winner against Fulham. Sesko scored in added time to secure a 3-2 victory and he joined in with the warm-down after celebrating and conducting post-match media duties.
Travis Binnion oversaw the session on the Old Trafford pitch. Each of the eight outfield players who were named on the bench against Fulham were involved in the warm-down, including Sesko, Manuel Ugarte, Leny Yoro and Noussair Mazraoui, who all contributed from the bench in the second half.
When Michael Carrick spoke after the Fulham win, he credited Binnion for doing extra work with Sesko in training. Binnion was formerly Under-21 manager but was recently promoted to first-team coach.

Binnion stepped up to help Darren Fletcher during his brief caretaker stint. He was in the dugout against Burnley and Brighton, but he has moved into the stands since joining Carrick’s staff.
The 39-year-old has sat with the analysts to pass on information to the bench during matches. Jonathan Woodgate was spotted wearing an earpiece during the Manchester derby. Binnion’s vantage point in the stands means he can feed back information that the coaches in the dugout may not spot.
Once the warm-down had finished, Sesko spent time signing autographs and taking photos with fans as he left Old Trafford.
The Slovenia international told Sky Sports: “I’ve been dreaming about that. We all know, as a team, how important these results are. We are on a really great run right now and we are just hoping that we can continue to work hard like that to win games. I’m really happy that I could help the team out.
“You can see how much we work hard for each other without the ball and that also contributes to good results in the end. The work rate is definitely different [since Carrick’s appointment]. Everyone is on point and covering their spaces. In the end, that’s what counts.”
Carrick told the BBC: “For Ben to come on and have a moment like that is huge. It was nice for him to get his moment in front of the Stretford End. There’s not a better place to score a winner like that.
“It’s a big moment for everyone. You could tell that in the way everyone celebrated – from the staff to the supporters. It was one of those special ones.”
