The Scout is tipping four players for big success in Gameweek 25 of 2025/26 Fantasy Premier League ahead of Friday’s 18:30 GMT deadline, to help managers gain an edge over their mini-league rivals.

Jarrod Bowen (West Ham) £7.6m

The arrival of January signings Taty Castellanos (£5.5m) and Pablo Felipe (£5.5m) seems to have invigorated the West Ham United attack.

The Hammers have scored seven goals in the three Premier League matches in which the pair have both started.

While neither Castellanos or Felipe have found the net, they seem to be bringing the best out of wingers Crysencio Summerville (£5.5m) and Bowen. Both players have delivered three attacking returns in as many Gameweeks.

Bowen also has a new string to his bow – he is now the first-choice penalty-taker since the departure of Lucas Paqueta. The forward stepped up to score from the spot in Gameweek 23.

In terms of upcoming fixtures, Bowen gets to face some of the division’s leakiest defences in the next five Gameweeks, starting with a trip to Burnley this weekend.

Declan Rice (Arsenal) £7.5m

It has now been confirmed that Arsenal will play twice in Gameweek 26, following their progression to the EFL Cup final, making it a “Double Gameweek” for the Gunners.

As a reminder, a Double Gameweek is when a club play TWO Premier League fixtures in a round of matches, and their players get two chances to score points.

It makes players from high-flying Arsenal even more appealing from a Fantasy perspective, with the fixtures already largely favourable.

Including the Double Gameweek, Arsenal are away in four of their next six fixtures, which makes Rice an attractive proposition.

No player can better Rice’s tally of 81 Fantasy points in away matches this season.

Seven of the eight matches in which he’s banked defensive contribution points, and three of his four double-digit hauls, have come on the road.

The returns have dried up a little of late, but 12 chances created over the last four Gameweeks, a total that only Bruno Fernandes (£9.6m) can better, suggests he’s been unlucky to not earn more points.

With Arsenal alternatives such as Bukayo Saka (£9.9m) and Martin Odegaard (£7.8m) injury doubts ahead of Gameweek 25, Rice is the standout midfield option from the Gunners.

Marcos Senesi (AFC Bournemouth) £4.8m

The Cherries will be hoping to build on their Gameweek 24 clean sheet at Molineux over a favourable-looking next seven Gameweeks.

Senesi offers the best of both worlds when it comes to potential defensive returns.

At home, AFC Bournemouth are ranked an impressive second for the lowest Expected Goals Against (xGA), with 9.18. That suggests further clean sheets could be in the offing at Vitality Stadium.

Away from home, the Cherries’ underlying numbers are far less impressive; they are second-bottom for the same statistic.

However, Senesi’s ability to rack up defensive contribution points on his travels is peerless; he’s done so in all 12 of his away starts this season. Those 24 points are the equivalent of six clean sheets.

To top it all off, the Argentinian centre-back is ranked second among all defenders for Expected Goal Involvement (xGI) in 2025/26, with 4.67.

Mateus Mane (Wolves) £4.6m

The other team to play twice in Gameweek 26 is Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Fantasy managers’ interest in players from the 20th-placed club will likely be limited, despite their upcoming double-header – especially as one of the Double Gameweek matches is against leaders Arsenal.

But Mane is a low-cost short-term option for anyone keen on Wolves representation.

Fantasy managers who typically favour a 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 formation can then place Mane on the bench from Gameweek 27 onwards, if desired. As a cheap third forward, he also frees up funds to be spent elsewhere.

Mane is on an unbroken seven-match run in Rob Edwards’ starting line-up.

During that time, he’s had more shots (20) than any of his team-mates. It’s worth mentioning, however, that 80 per cent of those efforts have been from outside the box, and therefore were not high-quality chances that you’d expect him to score.

However, both of his goals during this time have stemmed from shots taken outside the opposition area, demonstrating his accuracy from distance.

Mane’s tally of two big chances created from Gameweek 18 onwards is also a team-best total.

The teenage attacker could even be fielded by Fantasy managers this weekend. Opponents Chelsea have kept just one clean sheet over their last eight league matches, ranking 17th for xGA in that time.
