UPDATE: Police shoot, kill suspect in Portland’s Pearl District
Police have closed streets in the Pearl District Thursday morning after a “critical incident” involving officers, the Portland Police Bureau said.
Officials haven’t provided any details about the incident other than it happened in the area of Northwest 14th Avenue and Raleigh Street. The Police Bureau said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
Detectives are on the scene.
