Ottawa police say a 37-year-old man was stabbed to death on Shillington Avenue early Friday and two people are in custody.
The call to Shillington near Hollington Street came at about 12:30 a.m., police said. Ottawa paramedics said a man was taken to hospital in critical condition from the scene.
The force is not releasing the victim’s name as it’s still working to notify loved ones.
This homicide investigation is taking place about a kilometre away from last week’s fatal Mayview Avenue stabbing.
