While Canada doesn’t have an NFL team (yet), the Seahawks of Seattle and Patriots of Foxboro, New England are about as close you can get. The two northern franchises play off for the Vince Lombardi Trophy on Sunday and we’re explaining the different ways you can watch Super Bowl 2026 in Canada.
Canadians and the rest of the world have seen this show play out before in 2014, of course, when then Brady/Belichick era Patriots staged a fourth quarter heist to overcome the Seahawks 28-24. Seattle are the favorites this time around, however, with Sam Darnold and Drake Maye trying to cap their respective outstanding seasons with football’s biggest prize.
Can I watch Super Bowl 2026 for free in Canada?
If you already get TSN or CTV (or subscribe to DAZN), then Super Bowl 2026 will be ready for you to watch this Sunday without paying an extra cent.
However, there are no official free streams in Canada.
That seems particularly surprising, considering that broadcasters and streamers in many other football-loving countries around the world are showing the 2026 Super Bowl absolutely FREE:

So while no free streaming options are available, there are still several paid services available to NFL fans in Canada to watch Super Bowl 2026:
🍁 DAZN: The specialist sports streaming service includes the NFL Game Pass by default in Canada, so anybody with a DAZN subscription can watch. The standard starting monthly price of an annual subscription is $24.99, but you can currently get your first two months for as little as $9.99/month.
🍁 TSN 1: If you already get TSN through your TV package, you’re ready to watch on TV or online at TSN.ca or the TSN app. Otherwise, you can get access to everything the network has to offer with its TSN+ streaming platform, costing $8/month or $80/year.
🍁 CTV: Super Bowl 2026 will also be shown on CTV (on TV or on its website), so you can watch there if you have access.
🍁 Fubo: There’s no free trial, but you can watch all NFL games with the Sports Pro Monthly plan for CA$34.99 monthly ($20 off your first month, usually CA$54.99).
Watch your FREE Super Bowl 2026 stream from anywhere
If you’re in Canada now and want to watch the free Super Bowl 2026 live stream you would have been able to enjoy in your home country, you can still do so thanks to the wonders of a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
The software can make your devices appear to be back in your home country regardless of where you are, making it ideal for viewers away on vacation or on business. Our favorite is NordVPN — we explain why in our NordVPN review.
Using a VPN is incredibly simple.
1. Install the VPN of your choice. As we’ve said, NordVPN is our favorite.
2. Choose the location you wish to connect to in the VPN app. For instance, if you’re in Canada and want to view a U.K. or Australian service, you’d select ‘United Kingdom’ or ‘Australia’ from the server list.
3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Head to Channel 5, 7plus or another streaming service and watch your regular Super Bowl 2026 live stream when in Canada.
