A family has paid tribute to a man who was fatally shot in a house.
Piotr Pruszak, 45, suffered a gunshot wound in Conifer Road, in Coxford, Southampton, at about 20:00 GMT on Wednesday and was pronounced dead at the scene, said police.
Marcin Buryta, 31, from Southampton, has been charged with murder and possession of a prohibited weapon and is due to appear at the city’s magistrates’ court on Monday.
In a statement Pruszak’s family said: “With deep sadness we are saying our last goodbye to beloved son and brother Piotr. You will live forever in our memories and in the love we share.”
