Today’s Lunar New Year celebrations across East Asia signal a new beginning according to ancient Chinese astrology – but what does it mean for you?
Speaking to the Daily Mail, spiritual medium TJ Higgs revealed how the year you were born in could bring prosperity, or warnings to stay far from strife, as we enter the ‘powerful year of the Fire Horse’.Â
‘We are entering a rare 60-year cycle that hasn’t been felt since 1966,’ she explained. ‘Fire Horse energy is bold, passionate, rebellious and fast-moving. It doesn’t tiptoe around change – it gallops towards it. This year is about courage, visibility and decisive action.
‘The Horse represents freedom and momentum. Fire amplifies everything – ambition, emotion, desire and even conflict.’
The psychic said this will be ‘exhilarating’ for some, but ‘for others, it may feel like life is pushing you out of your comfort zone’. ‘But ultimately, the Fire Horse rewards bravery. It asks: “Where have you been playing small?”‘
TJ added it will not be a quiet year for anyone, by any means – but ‘those who act with heart – not fear – will thrive’.
Here’s what it means for you, based on your Chinese zodiac birth year…
