A pedestrian is in life-threatening condition after they were struck by a CTrain in northeast Calgary late Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to Rundle LRT Station around 4:05 p.m. for reports of a collision involving a Blue Line train.
Police say one person was transported to hospital in life‑threatening condition.
Calgary Transit temporarily suspended Blue Line service in both directions through Rundle. They now say trains are single-tracking between Marlborough and Whitehorn stations.
Shuttle pickup is available on both the northbound and southbound sides of 36 Street NE at the affected stops.
