Charles Leclerc ended the final morning of F1 pre-season testing fastest as Aston Martin suffered a disastrous morning.

The best of Leclerc’s 80 laps was a 1:33.689, 0.2s ahead of Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli and Oscar Piastri of McLaren.

Antonelli was limited to just 49 tours in his final morning after a loss of pneumatic pressure caused a red flag, with Mercedes being forced to change the power unit before George Russell assumes control of the W17 to round out the test.

Meanwhile, Lance Stroll was limited to just two late laps in the Aston Martin, after Honda investigations into Fernando Alonso’s failure on Thursday limited the team to “short runs.”
