York Regional Police say three suspects have been charged in connection with a 2024 home invasion in the Township of King that left one man with gunshot wounds.
According to police, the home invasion occurred in the area of Paradise Valley and Fairmont Ridge trails at around 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2024.
Police said two armed suspects broke into a home in the area and a 39-year-old man, who was not associated with the residence, showed up to assist the homeowners. The man, police said, was shot after he was confronted by one of the suspects, suffering non-life-threatening injuries.
