The United States and Israel have attacked Iran. President Donald Trump made no secret that such an assault was imminent. He’s calling for a change in regime leadership in Tehran.
President Trump is concerned with Iran’s activities regarding the country’s nuclear program. He says their activities are a threat to American people.
He blames Iran for “mass Terror” and that America is no longer going to put up with it.
He alleges that Iran has also killed tens of thousands of its own citizens in the streets.
“Iran can never have a nuclear weapon” says Trump.
The two countries had been in negotiations regarding nuclear weapons, but Trump says they rejected every opportunity to abandon the nuclear program. Instead, they have long-range missiles that can reach American soil.
He says they are going to “destroy their missiles, and annihilate their navy”.
Prime Minister Mark Carney is urging Canadians in Iran to shelter in place following the attacks from the United States.
