Toronto police are investigating a stabbing outside Union Station that injured one man on Thursday night.
Police say they were called to the area of Bay Street and Front Street West shortly after 7:30 p.m.
Officers arrived and located a man with a non-life-threatening stab wound, police say.
He has been taken to the hospital.
Police say they are looking for a suspect described as a Black man between 25 and 35 years old, five-foot-nine and last seen wearing a dark jacket and carrying a grey backpack.
The circumstances that led to the stabbing are unknown.
In an email to CP24, police said they believed it to be a “targeted” incident.
“There is no reason to believe that there is any risk to public safety,” police said.
