Ottawa police are seeking witnesses after an elderly woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in a parking lot in South Keys earlier this week.
The collision happened at around 3 p.m. Monday in the 2200 block of Bank Street, the Ottawa Police Service said in a Wednesday news release. The woman was 83.
She suffered critical injuries, was taken to the hospital, and was pronounced dead.
