Toronto police are investigating after multiple people were stabbed inside a home on Glendora Avenue early Thursday, with a suspect now in custody after fleeing the scene on foot.
Police tell 680 NewsRadio they were called to 114 Glendora Avenue, near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue, around 3:40 a.m. for reports of a stabbing incident involving several victims.
When officers and paramedics arrived, they found three people — two adult females and one adult male — suffering from stab wounds.
The two women were rushed to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, while the man was treated for minor injuries.
Police said that a lone suspect fled the scene but was later taken into custody.
The three victims and the suspect all live at the home, police confirmed. It’s unclear what led to the stabbing incident and what charges the accused will face.
