York police believe there could be more victims after a Newmarket man was arrested and charged with voyeurism and other related offences.
Investigators said on March 2, it was reported that an adult male was at a public library in Newmarket the day before.
While there, at around 3:30 p.m., he was holding a cellphone and allegedly exposed himself and committed an indecent act.
On March 11, a search warrant was executed at a home in Newmarket, and as a result, 37-year-old Ryan Toms was arrested.
Toms is facing multiple charges, including committing an indecent act in a public place, exposing genitals to a person under 16 years of age for a sexual purpose, voyeurism, and breach of probation.
