The Rangers manager has revealed Mohamed Diomande will not be involved in the matchday squad in Paisley on Sunday.
The Ibrox side head to the SMiSA Stadium on Sunday for a televised Scottish Premiership fixture.
But Diomande will not feature for Rangers due to injury, with Rohl confirming the news in his press conference on Friday morning.
The midfielder had played around 70 minutes in the Scottish Cup defeat to Celtic on penalties last weekend. But he will be sidelined on Sunday.
Rohl said: “Diomande will not be available on Sunday, but everyone else will be.”

Rangers head to St Mirren just days after the Paisley side lost their manager Stephen Robinson to Aberdeen.
This weekend, they will be led into the match against Rangers by an interim coaching staff.
Jamie Langfield, Craig McLeish and Allan McManus have been placed in charge of first-team matters after Robinson, and assistant Brian Kerr, left St Mirren.
Ahead of the match, Rohl added: “This week, we have been really focused again. Training has been good, and we will be ready to go again on Sunday.
“It’s our job to regain momentum, and we want to show in the next game that we can win and win again.
“We have to focus on ourselves on Sunday, we have to play our way and our style. We have beaten good teams, and I have the confidence that we can do it again.”
