Police in York Region are searching for two suspects after a home in Vaughan was shot at days following an attempted vehicle arson earlier this week.
York Regional Police were initially called to a home near Kleinburg Summit Way and First Nations Trail shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday.
Two suspects got out of a dark-coloured sedan, approached the house and allegedly poured gasoline on a vehicle parked in the driveway.
Police said the suspects tried to set the vehicle on fire but were unsuccessful.
Two days later, officers responded to the same home shortly before 9:30 a.m. for reports of gunshots.

Officers did not locate any victims but found shell cases on the driveway, police said, adding that a black SUV was seen fleeing the area after the shots were fired.
In a social media post, police said they are aware of videos circulating online that appear to have been posted by the suspects.
“The source of the videos is being looked into and we thank members of the public who have shared additional evidence with us,” police said.
Police have released limited descriptions of the two male suspects.
According to police, one was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black shoes, while the other had on a red bandana, a black-hooded sweater, a white t-shirt, black sweatpants and black and grey shoes.
Anyone with information about the identities and whereabouts of the suspects is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
