Two suspects are believed to be traveling with Irene in a vehicle: Irene’s mother, 34-year-old Betty Lentz, and 44-year-old Joseph Nicpon, a man charged with sexual assault and incest against a child.

In a news release issued Saturday, the Wautoma Police stated Nicpon, who was a sex offender on supervised release, removed his tracking bracelet in Adams County.

Police believe Betty Lentz took herself and Irene to meet with Nicpon, despite Nicpon being prohibited from having contact with them both. It is possible the three have since left Wisconsin.

The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on I-90 towards Minnesota near Sparta, Wisconsin, around 12:55 p.m. Friday.
