A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Shadwell, east London.

The victim, believed to be in his late 20s or 30s, was found by paramedics with a stab wound in Watney Street on Tuesday. He was taken to hospital but died a short time later.

A second man, in his 50s, was found at the scene with a minor injury to his arm. He was taken to hospital but later discharged.
