The founder and chief executive of hospitality advisory group Quantaco, Anthony Sullivan, has paid $41 million on the nose for a waterfront mansion on Sydney’s lower north shore, more than doubling Kirribilli’s house price record in the process.
Accountant Sullivan – who is the ex-husband of MCoBeauty skincare and cosmetics founder Shelley Sullivan – has relocated from Sydney’s east to settle on the luxury waterfront property on coveted Elamang Avenue.
