“They made it difficult for us in the second half. We had a 1-0 lead and we were trying to keep it, but they were going for it a little bit more. There were probably a few tired legs, but I thought we dug in well and I thought the back four and Josh Griffiths in goal were unbelievable.
“They were putting headers in at the end and making lots of blocks too, putting their bodies on the line and that’s what it’s all about.
“When you know your mate next to you is going to put his body on the line then it encourages you to do the same too. Sometimes winning that way is better than winning three or four nil.
“The goal sat really nicely for me. It was a great set from Aune Heggebø and I just had to pass it into the back of the net.
“The games come thick and fast and we want to keep improving.”
