Harry Kane is the first ever Englishman to score across six consecutive Champions League matches.
The striker netted the opener for Bayern Munich in their thrilling semi-final first leg against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday night.

After Luis Diaz was fouled inside the area, Kane stepped up from 12 yards and dispatched his penalty, firing low to Matvei Safonov’s left.
He has now made history and overtaken Steven Gerrard for the most consecutive goals scored by an English player in the competition.
Gerrard netted five in a row for Liverpool in the 2007/08 Champions League against Besiktas x2, Porto, Marseille and Inter Milan.
But Kane has gone one step further, with PSG joining Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, PSV Eindhoven, Atalanta and Real Madrid.

Kane is also only the second Bayern player to score in five consecutive knockout round matches, after Robert Lewandowski in 2016 to 2018.
He has now tallied 53 goals in 69 Champions League appearances for Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern.
PSG hit back through Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and his fine strike, before Joao Neves put them in front with a header.
Michael Olise smashed in a second for Bayern soon after, but the hosts went into the break 3-2 up after an Ousmane Dembele penalty.
It was awarded for a controversial handball from Alphonso Davies just before the half-time whistle.
Bayern and PSG entered the record books as their Champions League semi-final was the first to have five goals scored in the first half.

It was arguably the most enjoyable half of football in the competition this season, with end-to-end football taking centre stage.
And just ten minutes into the second half, Kvaratskhelia scored his second of the night with a low, thumping finish past Manuel Neuer.
Dembele then netted PSG’s fifth with a shot that left Neuer rooted to his spot.
The madness continued as Dayot Upamecano and Diaz both scored to increase the overall goal tally to an astounding nine.
It finished 5-4 to PSG on the night, and the second leg will be played in Munich on May 6.
Kane’s verdict
“I think you saw two high-level teams out there,” Kane told Amazon Prime.
“Especially in the attacking play, in the transition, the speed, the intensity, in the one-v-one battles. Two of the top teams going toe to toe.
“We had moments where we could have killed the game earlier on. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we got back to 5-4 because away from home, and being 5-2 down, could be a really tough place to be.
“But we fought and we clawed and we’re back in the tie.”
He later added: “As the game went on, we got better and better. They started to tire, so we’ll go to the Allianz Arena and try and bring the same intensity.

“There was a lot of moments out there and it’s probably going to be the same next week.
“So us being at home with the crowd behind us at the Allianz Arena, we hope that can push us over the line.”
