Louis Page has been handed his first Championship start since January with Gary Rowett making four changes for the final game of the season.
Page comes in for Divine Mukasa in attacking midfield, and will be supported by Jeremy Monga on the right, the 16-year-old replacing the injured Abdul Fatawu.
Elsewhere, Ricardo Pereira plays his final game, coming in at right-back, with Hamza Choudhury moving into midfield and Oli Skipp dropping to the bench.
The final change sees Stephy Mavididi replace Bobby De Cordova-Reid on the left wing.
On the bench, Kevon Gray is included as centre-back cover and could make his debut this afternoon.
As well as Fatawu, there’s no place in the squad for Jamaal Lascelles, Aaron Ramsey, Joe Aribo, or Dujuan Richards as well as the injured Ben Nelson, Caleb Okoli and Victor Kristiansen.
