The RNC is asking for the public’s help locating a missing St. John’s teen.
Sixteen-year-old Brayden Kelland was reported missing and was last seen in the capital city.
He is described as being about 5’8” tall, weighing approximately 113 pounds, with black hair and a sleeve tattoo.
