Officials further reported that an underground facility in the Beqaa Valley, allegedly used by Hezbollah to manufacture weapons, had been destroyed.
Israeli forces also attacked fighters from the Hezbollah militia in southern Lebanon, they said.
Israel’s military accuses Hezbollah of having fired several rockets at soldiers in southern Lebanon in recent days. There were no reports of injuries.
The information could not immediately be independently verified.
The Hezbollah rocket fire was preceded by an Israeli attack in the southern suburbs of Beirut, in which the commander of the Hezbollah elite unit Radwan was killed.
