Shania Twain feels like a woman! The Canadian icon wasn’t afraid of a little glitz and glamour for the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night — and she looked as stunning as ever for her big night hosting the annual ceremony.
The 60-year-old Timmins, Ont.-born star wore a striking silver-and-black look for the Las Vegas event, which honours some of country music’s biggest names. The “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” singer walked the red carpet in a dress from Mumbai-based couture designer Falguni Shane Peacock.
Twain’s outfit included a silver gown covered in beaded palm-tree embroidery. The strapless piece featured a black panther toward the hemline, and it was adorned with sequins.
To complete the ensemble, the dress had sheer strands of fabric flowing from the hip to the floor; Twain accessorized with black leather full-length gloves featuring metal clasps, silver rings, a dainty pendant necklace and a chic light auburn hairdo.

Social media users raved over the country-pop icon’s outfit for the red carpet.
“And man, she feels like a beautiful woman! Love it! Have fun,” a fan wrote on Instagram.
“That’s mother!” another chimed in.
“The GOAT has arrived,” one person shared, along with a heart-eyes emoji.
In between rehearsals for the awards show, Twain opened up about how being asked to host the ceremony is a major deal. To date, she’s won five ACM awards, including Entertainer of the Year in 2000 and the Poet’s Awards in 2022.
“Getting the call to host the ACMs is a bucket list call,” she told Country Now. “It’s a very big deal for me. I’m really honoured. I’m especially excited because it’s in Las Vegas. So, I feel like I’m hosting the world audience from my stage hometown, my live hometown.
“It’s really great. I’m excited about bringing all the world’s together … all of the artists together. It is a joy to see all of the new artists coming out, getting a chance to meet them and encourage them. I feel my role here is to support all of the nominees, the upcoming artists and to bring the stage and the audience together.”
