A rural road in Langley is closed Monday morning as emergency crews respond to a fatal crash.
Details are limited, but the Langley RCMP says it responded to reports of a crash on 56 Avenue near 256 Street around 8:30 a.m.
The Lower Mainland Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) was called to the scene and the intersection is closed in all directions while investigators work.
Corp. Dave Noon says he expects the closure to remain for several hours, and drivers should “expect delays” and “plan accordingly.”
