Sydney fund manager Rodney Forrest has pleaded guilty to two counts of insider trading Platinum Asset Management shares.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission said Forrest, who now runs his own family office known as Sublime Funds Management, had purchased a $2.6 million stake in Platinum Asset Management while he had insider information in August and September last year.
