The Babyletto Kiwi nursery glider recall involves over 9,000 gliders sold in the U.S. and Canada from May 2023 through February 2025. The CPSC recall notice advised consumers to “immediately stop using the recalled recliners and to contact Babyletto to receive a free repair kit.” Register with Babyletto to receive the kit. You don’t need to return your recliner but should stop using it until it can be repaired.

The affected chairs were sold at Crate & Kids and online at Babyletto, Amazon, Babylist, Target, Pottery Barn Kids, Wayfair and other websites for about $800. The brand stated that not all chairs manufactured during this timeframe were involved in the recall. Check the serial number on your glider to determine if your chair is impacted. You can find it on the underside of the recline footrest. Affected numbers are listed on CPSC’s recall site.

If you have any questions about the recall or repair, consumers should email Babyletto at kiwi.recall@babyletto.com or call at 1-866-621-9483.
