President Donald Trump’s net approval rating jumped dramatically this week compared to last week, according to a new poll.

But Trump’s favorable rating remains down in the dumps, the Economist/YouGov survey found.

Trump gained an impressive 7 percentage points in his net approval rating from last week.

His net approval rating stands at -7 points, compared to the -14 points from last week.

The increased rating stems from Trump’s unfavorable rating vastly improving from last week.

Trump had a 56% unfavorable rating last week but this week the figure at 52%.

The president’s favorable rating budged 2 percentage points from last week to this week. The number remains below 50%.

He now has a 44% favorable rating compared to a 42% rating last week.

The improvement to Trump’s unfavorable rating came as the Epstein scandal engulfing the administration became less fresh in the minds of Americans.
