Draft U.S.-Iran Agreement Said to Include Release of $25b for Tehran

■ Three drones from Lebanon hit northern Israel, the military said, prompting Israeli ministers to call for strikes on Dahiyeh, the Lebanese capital’s Hezbollah stronghold.

■ Electronic banking services in Iran were severely disrupted after a cyberattack targeted several state-owned banks, temporarily preventing online payments. Iranian hacker group Black Wolves claimed responsibility for the attack.

■ President Isaac Herzog met with his Somaliland counterpart, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi, at the president’s official residence in Jerusalem.
