A woman who was seen leaving the Paddy’s Pond area just before the forest fire was reported has been located by the RNC.
The RNC wanted to identify the woman after speaking with others at the scene, indicating that she may have information related to their investigation.
She was seen leaving in a black SUV, heading east along the TCH.
RNC Constable James Cadigan confirms that the woman has been located and identified. He says the investigation is ongoing.
