This Friday – if there isn’t an earthquake in Geneva, Switzerland; if a bomb doesn’t fall on the Hezbollah stronghold of Dahiyeh in Beirut; if Mojtaba Khamenei doesn’t wake up on the wrong side of bed; or if an American, Iranian or Israeli officer doesn’t decide to launch a drone or missile just for the heck of it – a memorandum of understanding will be signed between the United States and Iran.
