On the day of his brother Yoni’s memorial, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at a conference where he intoned Israel’s military achievements. He spoke of killing Iranian nuclear scientists and regime leaders. He boasted that Israel had “shattered their missile industry,” along with Iran’s navy, air force, military industries and bridges. He ticked off the Hamas leaders killed, the exploding beepers and claimed Israel had destroyed 90 percent of Hezbollah’s rockets and missiles.
